The Nurse Practitioners’ Association of Ontario (NPAO) supported by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care in in kind partnership with CAMAP is pleased to announce this rich learning opportunity for those interested in or already providing Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD).
This free workshop will review current standards and guidelines on being a first and second assessor, and provide hands on experience through a simulated MAID procedure. Speakers include Willi Kirenko, Nurse Practitioner in Independent Practice and Dr. Joshua Tepper, CEO, Health Quality Ontario.
This highly engaging, interactive, multidisciplinary educational event will be available in Toronto, London, and Sudbury. Toronto will be November 30th. Other locations – dates are TBA.
