Psychosocial & Palliative Care Pathway

This Pathway provides an overview of the evidence-based best practices for the management of patients in Ontario during a specific phase of the cancer journey.  The Pathways were developed according to an iterative and multidisciplinary process which emphasizes evidence-based medicine and incorporates input from leading experts.
