The Capital Health Integrated Palliative Care Service provides hospice palliative care services to patients and families within the Capital Health District. 10 beds serve patients/families experiencing clinical, acute or emergent oncology/palliative episodes. At Camp Hill Veteran's Memorial Building a core team including a nurse, doctor, chaplain, social workers and volunteers work to provide symptom relief, counseling and social work. |
