• Find leading edge information, including summaries of new research, current issues, workplace learning, best practices and conference posters.

If your work has given you insight that can be translated into action that helps others:

• Learn how you can submit a summary of your work, and become an Exchange contributor.

All contributions are assessed by a national peer review committee, made up of respected palliative care experts. The Canadian Institutes of Health Research have endorsed The Exchange as a knowledge translation activity for grant applications.
